In 1998, My father started the India Tuition Center in our hometown with one simple belief — every child deserves a chance to learn and grow. For 20 years, nearly 150 students walked through those doors every year, carrying hopes, doubts, and ambitions. He guided them not just with lessons, but with patience, discipline, values, and genuine care. The tuition center became more than a place to study; it became a second home for many young minds. When the center closed in 2018, the classroom lights went off… but the mission never did.

That mission became our purpose.

In 2020, we began our journey as KP Education and Consultancy, evolved into College360 in 2021, and in 2023, became ZOSTUDY. The name changed, the vision didn’t — to guide students with honesty, clarity, and responsibility.

Today, ZOSTUDY carries that same heart into the modern world by blending technology with human mentorship. Through trained career coaches, psychometric assessments, student profiling, and personalized counseling, we help learners understand their strengths, explore the right opportunities, and choose meaningful career paths. We also support students with admissions, scholarships, internships, and skill development through our trusted partner institutions.

Chandru KP is the Founder of ZOSTUDY, an edtech-based career guidance platform created to help students make confident and informed decisions about their future.

His journey into career guidance began during his second year of college, when he started observing how many talented students felt confused about choosing the right path. He realized that most students don’t lack ability — they lack direction. This insight sparked his interest in career coaching and student mentoring.

By his third year of college, Chandru took his first entrepreneurial step by launching KP Education and Consultancy in 2020. Soon after, he began creating digital content focused on careers, higher education, and skill development. This initiative evolved into College360 in 2021, helping him reach and guide students beyond geographical limits.

In the very first year, Chandru personally guided more than 100 students. To build deeper expertise, he completed professional Career Coach training from a leading platform in Tamil Nadu and earned his ICCC (International Certified Career Coach) certification, enabling him to provide structured and ethical career guidance.

Over the years, Chandru and his growing team have guided more than 5,000 students and young professionals, supporting them with career clarity, admissions, skill development, and long-term planning.

In 2023, the platform was rebranded as ZOSTUDY, reflecting a larger vision — to build a completely career-focused edtech ecosystem. Today, Chandru is leading the development of ZOSTUDY’s own career assessment and psychometric testing platform, aimed at delivering personalized, data-driven guidance to students across India.
