Refunds & Cancellation

At ZOSTUDY, we strive to deliver high-quality career guidance and educational services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for career assessment tests, counseling sessions, training programs, workshops, digital products, or any other services are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in writing by ZOSTUDY.

Once a service is booked, activated, or delivered (including access to assessments or reports), no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by User

Users may request cancellation of a scheduled counseling session or program by informing ZOSTUDY at least 24 hours in advance. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund. In such cases, ZOSTUDY may, at its discretion, offer:

• Rescheduling of the session, or
• A credit for future use (valid for a limited period)

3. Cancellation by ZOSTUDY

If ZOSTUDY cancels a service due to unavoidable reasons (technical issues, trainer unavailability, or operational constraints), users will be offered:

• Rescheduling of the service, or
• A full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate by ZOSTUDY.

4. Incorrect Payments

If a user is charged incorrectly due to a technical error, the issue must be reported within 7 daysof the transaction. After verification, a refund or correction will be processed.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact ZOSTUDY directly before initiating any bank chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

6. Policy Updates

ZOSTUDY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and will apply to future transactions.
